About
There are many passions in my life. My family is first. I have a beautiful wife, an incredible son and a wonderful support structure comprised of my sister and her immediate family, and my parents. They all are my first passion.
My second passion is IT. I will be the first to admit that I was not the straight A student at any level of my education. I seemed to have varied interests outside of academics which involved many different sports and music. Over the years and through the various points of my education I discovered a talent though that has put me in good stead for my career. I could bridge the gap between people who were IT geniuses and people who were not. I therefore struck out on my own career path and self-discovered job as an IT Project Manager.
What does this mean in my world? It means, I help people understand and complete IT projects.
My third passion is the future of Canada; namely, how can we help our students of today prepare to be the leaders of tomorrow? I am involved in several initiatives to help make this happen. Visit my links to learn more about these initiatives.
Lastly, I am a bad golfer, but a good companion on the golf course. I rarely throw my clubs as I don’t believe in keeping score. Our lives have enough stress and I haven taken the approach in the last few years that my golf time is to be spent with good friends and thoroughly enjoyed.
